Planix Projects were engaged by The Whiddon Group to manage the significant refurbishment to Arthur Webb Court. The upgrade required installation of a new hardwired nurse call system, upgraded fire detection system and new bedheads and lift upgrade. 

Detailed coordination and planning was required to complete works in a facility with 95% occupancy, with careful preparation and diligence the works were completed within a short period with minimal disruption to the residents.
