Planix Projects were engaged by Holiday Investment to undertake the full management of the strata subdivision for the residential block at Cremorne whilst still in full occupancy.

The services included engaging all consultants and contractors.

The subdivision included the fire safety upgrade, DDA and BCA upgrade as well as the associated legal and planning work.

This project was completed in late 2017.
