RFBI is proposing a complete redevelopment of their Hawkins Masonic Retirement Village in Edgeworth. The village currently caters for over 300 residential care and self-care residents. RFBI is proposing to redevelop the site to create a ‘state of the art’ Retirement Village that provides care for all ranges of residential aged care including but not limited to ageing in place supported care, assisted care, palliation and self-care.

Planix Projects is providing Project Management and Advisory services to RFBI across all phases of the project including project establishment, stakeholder consultation, master plan review, feasibility study, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, tendering, construction superintendence and all post-construction activities including commissioning and the defects liability period.
