Aminya Centre and Aminya Village are two facilities that sit side by side, due to their proximity many social events and resources are shared between the two. Aminya Village comprises of 76 two-bedroom and 16 one-bedroom independent living units and is home to 98 residents. Aminya Centre is a high care facility with 123 beds. Planix Projects were engaged to manage the following projects:

• Aminya Centre Banksia Court – Implementation of a dementia secure wing

• Aminya Centre – Sensory garden upgrade

• Aminya Centre – Implementation of a new physiotherapy treatment room

• Aminya Centre – Mechanical upgrade

• Complete refurbishment of 13 units across the two facilities
