The Kyogle Aged Care Facility is located at Kyogle in Northern New South Wales, and is an operational aged care facility providing residential aged care. The facility is a single storey building which consists of 40 units sprawling in 4 bed clusters, with central staff areas focused around the main entry; the main entry is shared with service deliveries.

The proposed project is for an extension and refurbishment to increase the total beds of the facility to 64 beds, while creating an addition laundry and back of house entry for services delivery.
