Planix projects were engaged on behalf of Opal Specialist Aged Care to run their Significant Refurbishment Program and undertake Construction Management on their Northern Beaches site.

This project was delivered in the existing facility with 95% occupancy. The constant communication with all stakeholders, high level calibre resources, the Quality Assurance systems and processes ensured the successful delivery of the project in relation to time, cost and quality.
