Planix Projects is delivering a major power resilience upgrade at Whiddon’s Belmont Road campus in Glenfield, headlined by a 500kVA generation system and a new main switchboard that re-engineer the site’s electrical backbone. With the works undertaken across a live, fully occupied aged care environment, delivery is being carefully staged around clinical operations, with electrical isolations, switchboard cutovers and planned outage windows sequenced to eliminate disruption to residents and essential services. Planix Projects is leading the project across procurement, electrical engineering coordination, statutory requirements and staged construction delivery.
