Mel Gholami is a talented Property and Infrastructure Executive and is the Founder and Managing Director of Planix Projects. Mel Gholami has experience in delivering a variety of projects in multiple sectors, however her specialty is delivering high profile and complex projects requiring an extra level of attention and strategic direction. Mel Gholami is a Government Gateway reviewer for large infrastructure projects and holds a Degree in Engineering (Civil) and a Diploma in Engineering Practice.
Kevin Miksch, Director of NSW has over 25 years of experience in the property
industry. Kevin's career spans a wide array of sectors and locales in strategic business directorship, operations management, business development, and project delivery. Kevin is a versatile and effective leader with a hands-on construction background and professional managerial experience.
Tamara is a strategic and forward-thinking leader with broad experience delivering complex social infrastructure projects across Australia. Her career spans key sectors including health, education, residential, hotel, and social and affordable housing. Tamara is known for her ability to lead with clarity, build strong relationships across government and industry, and drive outcomes that align with broader community needs. She brings a fresh, solutions-focused perspective to every project, underpinned by a strong commitment to innovation, collaboration, and impact. Tamara plays a pivotal role in shaping Planix’s presence in Queensland and delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
Dean Yasseen has over 20 year of Construction experience in large scale Engineering and Building projects in sectors such as Infrastructure, Health, Education, Aged Care and Residential building for Government, Private and non-for-profit agencies. Dean Yasseen is a focussed and dedicated leader who continually exceeds Client expectations achieving extraordinary outcomes. He holds a Degree in Engineering (Civil) and a Diploma in Engineering Practice.
Robin Merrick has over 15 years of experience delivering complex projects across diverse sectors such as Education, Health and Social Housing.
Nick Mackenzie heads up ESG and Sustainability at Planix, where he implements innovative and sustainable solutions for clients and projects.
Nikita leads and oversees systems implementation and has a passion for innovative solutions, a curious and analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement, and a commitment to excellence in optimising project workflows.
Hayley is the CFO at Planix Projects, she combines financial acumen with a passion for digital innovation and business analysis.
