Planix Projects is establishing new standby power capability at Whiddon’s Mudgee aged care facility, a greenfield electrical upgrade comprising a 310kVA generation system, a new main switchboard and a new automatic transfer system on a site with no existing backup power. The project pairs a statutory development approval pathway with complex electrical staging across a live operational environment, requiring close coordination of planning authorities, engineers and facility operations. Planix Projects is leading the planning strategy, design coordination and delivery.
