Planix Projects were engaged by the Housing Trust to deliver the 91A Byamee St project, in Dapto, NSW. The project consisted of designing and constructing Six 3-4 storey apartment buildings containing 172 units and 14 attached dwellings, a basement carpark a internal access road, a community park.
Planix Projects provided the following services:

• Design development management for a Detailed DA submission for Stage 1 of the redevelopment
• Development of the project budget and conducting value engineering workshops to meet Client’s cost targets
• Preparation and monitoring the project program to meet the Client’s key milestones
• Managing the design development to Lodge a Design amendment to Land Environment Court
• Coordination of staging plans
