BaptistCare is a leading not-for-profit aged care, retirement living and community housing provider. Planix Projects were engaged to manage BaptistCare’s Capital Project programme for the 2017-2018 Financial Year. The programme comprised of 65 projects across 13 facilities. The projects involved working closely with key stakeholders, including the Residential and Maintenance Manager and expert consultants including dementia care specialists.
In addition to providing Project Management services, Planix Projects have established standardised project documentation for BaptistCare, including their independent living interior specification, project initiation procedures, reporting and completion. Establishing standardised documentation has been a significant value add as it has ensured that the high level of quality and safety standards are captured across each of BaptistCare’s facilities.
