The Berry Masonic Village is an existing Residential Aged Care Facility owned and operated by the Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (RFBI). Planix Projects were engaged to manage the design and construction of the extensive refurbishment at the existing Aged Care Facility. The Project incorporated the following:

• New bedroom suites to enable household model to be implemented
• Reconfiguration of the existing front entry and front of house to into a multipurpose activities room and garden
• New entry and front of house areas to the north of the facility including porte cochere, lobby, reception café & servery, staff admin, gym, hairdresser, new offices, staff room and staff amenities
• Servery added to each existing wing with dining and lounge areas refurbished to enable each wing to cater for residents
• New landscaping and civil infrastructure throughout the facility
• New car park
• Refurbishment of all existing bedroom suites
• Upgrade of existing services to meet compliance requirements
