Planix Projects were engaged as Project Managers on behalf of Catholic School Parramatta Diocese on Our Lady of the Angels, Kellyville project. The project includes a school upgrade including flexible learning environments and welcoming services, condition and functionality improvements, with capital investment in Universal Pre-School (UPS) also considered at each existing primary school site.

Key components of the project include:

Address the need for school upgrades within the top 20 Equity Audit.
New Block G (16 GLAs) and movement of repurposing of existing 5 demountables for COSHC
Extension – Professional Hub for meeting rooms and wellness centres
Extension – Wellbeing hub extension centrally located between Block E and I
External Works – COLA
Demolish – Block G – 8 non-functional classrooms
