Cessnock Masonic Retirement Village is an existing aged care facility located at 30A West Ave Cessnock NSW 2325. The Centre currently caters for 65 residents with a separate 16 bed dementia wing.
Planix were engaged by Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (RFBI) as Project Managers on the Cessnock development since the project’s inception with stage 1 of the masterplan to Design and Construct a new building for up to 60 RACF residents consisting of three households of up to 20 single bed & ensuite room, on land adjacent to existing facility.
