The Coffs Harbour Masonic Village is an existing Residential Aged Care Facility operated by Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (RFBI).
Planix Projects were appointed Project Managers for significant upgrade works throughout the facility. The project incorporates;

• New front entry and front of house
• New social amenities; café and hairdressing salon
• New living and dining areas
• Upgrade of building services throughout
• New residential units
• Refurbishment of existing units
• Fire Compliance upgrade

As the facility was required to remain operational at all times, extensive stakeholder management was required for the development of detailed construction staging.
