Planix Projects were engaged by the Housing Trust to deliver the 6-8 Dudley St project, in Wollongong, NSW.
The social housing project consisted of designing and constructing a 6 storey apartment building containing 27 units and a basement carpark.
Planix Projects provided the following services:
• Delivery of a regional project including development of site-specific procurement strategy
• Consultation with Government bodies including the Regional Planning Panel
• Development of the project budget and conducting value engineering workshops to meet Client’s cost targets
• Preparation and monitoring the project program to meet the Client’s key milestones
• Managing the design development to deliver comprehensive tender documentation
• Preparation of Contract documentation and engagement of a Contractor
• Coordination of staging plans
• Full Contract Administration of the construction project
• Monitoring Consultant and Contractor adherence to the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020
