Lidcombe Walk

Located in Lidcombe, the project consisted of 72 residential units, 5 retail shops. The building is 9 storeys with 5 basement levels.

The project scope consists of 3 major parts:
1. Superintending services including issuing Instructions and Notices to the Head Contractor during the DLP and Strata Building Bond audit process.

2. Management of the defect rectification process in liaison with the Building Manager and Head Contractor and

3. management of the Strata Building Bond audit process in liaison with the Strata Building Bond inspector and Head Contractor. The key activities for the project are identified below:
• Document and defect review and gap analysis
• Identification and rectification of defects
• Head Contract Administration and Management
• Resolve matters relating to any outstanding documentation or issues
• Post Occupation & Operational Compliance
• Management of the Strata Building Bond Audit
