Located in the heart of Rose Bay, Planix Projects were engaged to manage due diligence on this five storey property. The project also involved alterations and additions to the building including adding new skylights, landscaping and structural upgrades.
The challenge on the project was managing the construction works in a confined site, this involved building a temporary structure to allow construction equipment to move in and out of the property.
