The scope for Marsden Park High School Planning Project 8 included a new High School with 97 teaching spaces, 3 support classrooms and Core Facilities for 2000 student with allowance for a 1000 student primary school onsite. The School is located on a greenfield site in a high growth area and was placed on a expedited program to complete the final business case.
Planix Projects were engaged to lead the consultant team through Planning Phase to develop the Final Business Case. The Final Business Case has been submitted to NSW Treasury for approval for funding to proceed to Delivery Phase.
