Planix Projects were engaged by TAFE NSW Infrastructure team to manage TAFE Ryde Building A project.
The project consisted of addressing non‐compliances in Building A (multi-storey food and hospitality facility) at TAFE Ryde against current legislative requirements.
Planix Projects provided the following services:
• Stakeholder liaison and communication management
• Development of consultant procurement strategy and undertaking competitive tender process
• Development of the design and ensuring readiness for CC
• Assessment of planning pathways and developing approval pathway strategy
• Development of a Contractor package and Pre-Tender Estimate
• Administering Contractor tender process including RFIs and Addenda
• Independent evaluation of submissions and making Tender Recommendation
• Full Contract Administration of the construction project and closeout.
