The Promenade project included the delivery of 43 new town houses and 7 commercial spaces. Planix were engaged to deliver the design to meet the Client’s brief which included providing high quality and luxurious finishes, spacious floor plans and a low maintenance lifestyle. After the design was completed and approved by the Client, Planix managed the tender, contract and appointment of the construction contractor. During construction, Planix acted as Superintendent on the project to ensure quality standards were maintained and the project objectives were upheld.
