Planix were engaged as the Client representative for property and commercial advice and undertook due diligence prior to client taking lease on this property. The project was a premium quality office fitout within the top floor of the JP Morgan building on Castlereagh Street.
Planix team run the project from master planning to commissioning and client moving in including undertaking the full town planning process and approval. The project was delivered on time and budget and VIG Executive were very satisfied with the outcome.
