Planix Projects were engaged by Waterbrook to manage the concept design development for the Waterview Bayview Senior Living Resort. The Resort will consist of 115 apartments located within the Bayview Golf Course, it will be extensively landscaped to reflect the Waterbrook brand.
The Waterbrook brand is based on a model of service and quality living for its residents at the pinnacle of seniors living in Australia. The apartments are of generous size, consisting a mix of:

• two bedrooms – 140 square metres
• three bedrooms – 160 square metres
• penthouse apartments -180 square metres
