Planix Projects were engaged to support the Western Sydney Local Health District (LHD) asset management team by providing technical expertise and leadership in resolving critical asset compliance and upgrade matters. The project was quite exciting, as Planix Projects were involved in all facets of the project; from business case development, technical consultant engagement and delivery of compliance related works in highly trafficable and public sensitive areas.
The greatest challenge was with respect to stakeholder management and general communication with all the business divisions within the LHD. A clear and concise communication plans supported by our experienced Project Managers ensured the project was delivered on time, to budget, with minimal impact to the public, facility staff, patients and most importantly safety.
All in all, Planix Projects were absolutely delighted to have been part of the asset upgrade works for such an important facility.
